High Rise Design : The New Emerging Trend In Interior Design
Hello my Twitter and FB Followers I thought I would share with you our newest interior design service addition at Sophisticate Interiors . Due to changes and trends in interior design and because of the popular demand, we have created a new service I called: “High Rise Design In These Extraordinary Times“.
In other words, we offer a new design service tailored to the needs of the young and successful professionals who live in High Rises and have a fixed budget.
The demographic is anywhere between 20 years old, yes 2o! to 45 years old
The way we work:
- 1 st contact is via phone or email where we talk about their needs and we review them with a small questionnaire.
We ask them to provide and share with us the following things:
- Blue prints or exact measurements of rooms and space.
- Pictures of items they like and wish to have, so we can have an idea of the look they are trying to achieve, colors and textures.
- Budget
- We then, set a flat fee for our time, so there is no surprise! Clients include it in their budget.
- We review all their requests and escort them to specific showrooms at the San Francisco Design Center
- We guide them through their choices and share our knowledge with them.
We just finished designing a 2 Bedroom condominium in San Francisco. It took 3 hours to select all the furniture and accessories. We worked within our clients’ budget and saved them up t0 40%.
Our clients are thrilled with the results: they have achieved the designer look they were looking for. The furniture and colors flow harmoniously. The space will reflect who they are.
The most important factor to me, is that they were able to select quality items, custom made furniture, beautiful accessories they can enjoy for years to come without spending a fortune. They have now recommended us to friends and neighbors.

Sophie has been amazing to us! We talked about the project to her on Saturday and the following Tuesday I was with her at the Design Center picking items for our new condo! It took only 3 hours and everything was design!
Her taste and knowledge in interior design really made us comfortable with everything from couches to lamps and accessories! Overall we are extremely happy, because we didn’t have much time on our hands, we work a lot and the thought of having to go shopping for furniture and taking days off wasn’t very exciting.
We have beautiful EVERYTHING! She made it easy, and I must say: You should all do it. Hiring an interior designer is the best way to go.
